O-NINE does not store or release any personal information you provide to us. Information will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any other party unless required to by law. O-NINE does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by PayPal through the website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). O-NINE reserves the right to change prices at our discretion without notice. They do not include any delivery and packing charges. The total cost of your order, including any delivery and packaging charges, will be displayed and confirmed to you before you place your order.
Once you have placed an order you will immediately receive an email confirmation. This is email is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are changes that need to be made. Order changes or cancellations can only be made if your order has not been dispatched.
All order sent by O-NINE have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will track it for you.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased items please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange, provide you with an alternative or refund the full value of the item, less postage. After 7 days, all sales are final!!!
Please note that an exchange or refund will only be given if the item is in an unused, unworn, resalable condition with all tags and labels intact and a copy of the valid receipt is attached. Please note that the cost of the return delivery is not covered by O-NINE and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new product to be returned in. There is no refund or exchange of international orders.
We apologize, if in the unlikely event a product that is displayed becomes unavailable. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative item or refund.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
At O-NINE all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please advise us within 2 working days of delivery so we can organise a replacement.
